The NFT technology with the established certification and verification process should further be able to be used in connection with Web 3.0 and various tools. Web 1.0 was made up of hypertext, and all information was displayed simply with text, and it became the beginning of the Internet we use today. Web 2.0 displays information on the Internet with text and images. In addition, it created and managed IDs and passwords to manage personal information, and expanded its ecosystem through the growth of various websites and platforms. Most of the websites and Internet information we use today are in the form of Web 2.0.
As metaverse technology, including blockchain technology, is popularized, the development of compatibility and connectivity with Web 3.0 is progressing significantly. Since Web 3.0 aims to express distributed system technology on the Internet that allows individuals to directly manage and exchange assets and information, the characteristic of decentralization stands out. This is combined with blockchain technology, including decentralization technology, to bring about great synergy. A decentralized wallet and private key can be stored and managed by individuals to safely and accurately manage personal information with a blockchain system.
Unlike Web 2.0, in Web 3.0, the content owner can be predicted as a blockchain token, and this blockchain token is the NFT. This is part of the NFT processing process described in this white paper, which verifies the metadata to predict the owner. The group that is using Web 3.0 is the DAO, these distributed systems operating groups manage the digital identity of an individual that is not tied to a real identity, allowing you to use the Internet completely anonymously for the rest of your life. Since the off-chain uses the real world and personal real-name system, the relationship between on-chain and Web 3.0 will be formed in the form of a standardized distributed protocol, and the method of exchanging data in this distributed protocol will also be NFT. In the future, NFT will connect off-chain and on-chain through the relationship between blockchain tokens and metadata, and represent a new medium connected with another metaverse.
