Off-chain data is stored on each server. However, in an on-chain blockchain network, there are nodes, and the nodes act as servers in off-chain. The difference between a server and a node is information sharing. Each server stores different information and can share information, but nodes all store the same data. Therefore, in some cases, the server stores more information than the node, and can provide customized services to individual clients. Therefore, a server can be a node, but it is difficult to customize it according to individual needs because the nodes all possess the same information.

VIW Platform that adapted NFT processing

As shown in Figure, NFT processing is a structure that connects mutual signal processing with tokens of the blockchain network. When building a smart contract, it contains specific functions and processes various computational signals through tokens issued through it. NFT, which is issued based on smart contracts with attached functions such as value verification, certification, and proof, is being highlighted as an essential technology for convergence with various 4th industries.

Difference between existing service and NFT processing method

Main difference between the existing service processing method and the NFT processing method is in the operation processing record. In the case of the existing service, when making a request for service use, the request/reply was made through the DB and server of the company providing the service. Therefore, when the service or company disappears, there are cases where the record using the service itself disappears, so there is a big obstacle to prove/verify this. In addition, in the case of IoT data processing, it is difficult to solve the problem that occurs when the server cannot be used. To solve this problem, NFT processing is required.
